Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Returns & Uninsured Shipments
Orders placed without Shipping Protection are considered final once shipped.
While we strive to ensure every order arrives safely, Arcade Strike Co. cannot guarantee returns, replacements, or refunds for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit when Shipping Protection was not purchased. For added peace of mind and coverage against unforeseen issues, we strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
