We offer free worldwide shipping, with tracking numbers provided for every order.

Where Do You Ship From?

Our experienced fulfillment team ensures that all items are carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the distance.

We primarily ship from our fulfillment centers in the USA, East Asia, and Western Europe. If an item is not available at your nearest fulfillment location, it may be shipped directly from our production line, with the same estimated delivery times listed above.

Order Accuracy & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery. Please double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase.

Important: Arcade Strike Co. is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection, which guarantees a free replacement if your order is lost or damaged during transit.

Shipping Protection is non-refundable. If your order is confirmed as undelivered by the local shipping authority, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, provided that:

  • Shipping Protection was added to the order, and

  • A complete and accurate shipping address was provided.

Uninsured Shipments

Orders placed without Shipping Protection are considered final.

While we always strive to ensure safe and timely delivery, Arcade Strike Co. cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit without Shipping Protection. For peace of mind and added coverage, we strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout.
